Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking a senior business development professional to lead SKYTOPIA developments with investors and operators. You will map strategic opportunities across real estate, hotel, hospitality and art sectors and build robust business cases.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive partnerships, and present compelling investment propositions to premium market players. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, surveying, art, hospitality, or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience.
Strong commercial sense and market awareness, especially in real estate, art, and hospitality.
Experience in driving developments and projects targeting premium segments.
Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Conduct global market sounding to engage potential investors, operators and users for SKYTOPIA facilities.
Identify and originate business opportunities and partnerships across real estate, hotel, hospitality, and art sectors.
Lead meetings, presentations, and site visits to build investor/operator interest.
Assist in developing a robust business case, including financial models and investment projections for SKYTOPIA developments.
Map sound business strategies and procurement processes for recruiting investors/operators.
Manage consultants and coordinate with internal departments for SKYTOPIA developments.
Execute SKYTOPIA developments with investors/operators upon partnership confirmation.
