CLK Cove Development Limited, a subsidiary of Airport Authority Hong Kong, leads SKYTOPIA’s commercial growth and strategic development for a premier entertainment hub next to Hong Kong International Airport. The Senior VP will oversee entertainment, arts, culture, and F&B portfolios, shaping customer experiences and partnerships to drive revenue and asset value.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role requires a proven, visionary leader with extensive experience in commercial strategy,

Qualificações

• 15+ years of leadership experience in commercial, entertainment, attractions or related sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing commercial strategies, business partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Highly creative and visionary leader with ability to conceptualise and deliver innovative attractions and experiences.
• Experience delivering complex projects and sustainable business outcomes.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and drive the commercial vision and strategies to deliver revenue growth and asset value.
• Lead designated portfolios to maximise revenue, destination appeal and long-term value.
• Develop and execute commercial, leasing, licensing and business development strategies.
• Champion creation and delivery of innovative attractions, experiences and offerings.
• Establish strategic partnerships with global and regional brands and operators.
• Oversee major commercial negotiations, investments and partnerships.
• Leverage market intelligence and trends to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with government authorities, tourism organisations and tenants.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver integrated destination strategy and seamless customer experience across portfolios.
