Qualifications

• Top-tier leadership experience in large-scale, complex destinations or assets.
• Proven ability to manage customer service, property management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of technical services, engineering operations and tenant delivery.
• Drive asset stewardship, maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Introduce innovative service concepts and smart technologies.
• Collaborate with units for tenant onboarding, activations and events.
• Lead outsourced service contracts and partnerships for service excellence.
• Leverage analytics to enhance customer satisfaction and performance.
