Job summary

iProspect Hong Kong Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to support strategic media planning and campaign execution for clients in a fast-paced market. You will work with supervisors to design integrated media plans, monitor campaigns from briefing to post-buy, and report insights to optimize KPIs.

Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the Hong Kong media landscape.

Qualifications

Associate degree or above in any discipline; marketing/media background preferred.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
Strong PC skills and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to build internal and external relationships.
Resilient under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
Passionate about media innovation and data insights.
Self-learner with strong attention to detail and numeracy.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with supervisor to develop strategic, integrated media plans and post-buy analysis.
Support campaign execution: trafficking, monitoring, and KPI-based evaluation.
Perform competitive analyses and reporting to derive optimizations.
Negotiate with media partners to secure best client pricing.
Serve as client’s first point of contact for day-to-day account management.
Use planning tools to generate insights from data.
Adapt to the evolving Hong Kong media landscape.
