Job summary

Optimum Media Direction in Hong Kong is seeking a Planner / Senior Planner to support the development and execution of media strategies across a diverse client portfolio. You will collaborate with internal teams and media partners to deliver data-driven campaigns and gain exposure to planning, insights, and reporting.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with Cantonese or bilingual capabilities often preferred in the local

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in media planning or buying preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of media strategies and campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and media channels.
• Assist in developing and implementing media communication strategies, media plans, and campaign executions across all types of media
• Prepare and maintain media plans, budget trackers, flowcharts, POVs, presentations, and competitive analyses to support planning recommendations
• Meet with media and industry partners to explore new opportunities, market trends, and media solutions for clients
• Utilize media planning tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze data, generate insights, and support campaign planning and reporting
