Job summary

dentsu in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate to join the Iprospect team to develop strategic media plans and oversee campaign execution from briefing to post-buy.

You will monitor KPIs, conduct competitive analyses, and collaborate with media partners to negotiate favorable pricing. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, Mandarin is helpful. This role offers 5 days per week and an attractive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Marketing or Media; 2–3 years experience.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese with strong communication skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Good PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships; multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and integrated media planning and recommendations.
• Implement media plans, trafficking, and monitor from briefing to post buy.
• Assess campaign performance based on KPIs and efficiencies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and regular performance reports.
• Negotiate with media partners to obtain best pricing.
• Support day-to-day account management and client contact.
• Use planning tools to derive learnings and insights.
