Job summary

PHD Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Planner to support the development and execution of media strategies across a diverse client portfolio, collaborating with internal teams and media partners. You will gain exposure to media planning, consumer insights, and campaign execution in a fast-paced agency, with a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in media planning or buying.

Proficiency in English and Chinese is required; Cantonese is highly preferred, and Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
• 1+ year of experience in media planning or buying preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Comfortable working with people from different disciplines and cultural backgrounds
• Curious about emerging trends and developments in advertising, media, and consumer behavior
• Passionate about building a career in the advertising and media industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of media strategies and campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and media channels
• Assist in developing and implementing media communication strategies, media plans, and campaign executions across all types of media
• Prepare and maintain media plans, budget trackers, flowcharts, POVs, presentations, and competitive analyses to support planning recommendations
• Meet with media and industry partners to explore new opportunities, market trends, and media solutions for clients
• Utilize media planning tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze data, generate insights, and support campaign planning and reporting
