Job summary

FABCOM Limited in Kowloon Bay, HK is seeking a Senior Performance Specialist in Digital Media to translate client briefs into strategic, integrated media plans and to manage end-to-end campaign execution. You will traffic campaigns, monitor status, evaluate performance against KPIs, and deliver insights through proprietary planning tools while collaborating with media partners.

Fluency in English and Cantonese, plus strong numeracy, is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

Associate degree or above; Marketing/Communications background preferred.
2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
Able to build internal/external relationships and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic and integrated media planning & recommendations; implement media plans from briefing to post-buy.
Support campaign execution including trafficking, monitoring status, and evaluating performance against KPIs.
Conduct competitive analysis and regular reports to derive actions from learnings and insights.
Negotiate with external media partners to secure optimal pricing for the client.
Serve as the client’s first contact and manage day-to-day account activities.
Utilize planning tools to generate insights and adapt to the evolving Hong Kong media landscape.
