Job summary

FABCOM in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Performance Specialist to lead data-driven media planning and optimization across social advertising and programmatic channels. You will craft strategies, analyze performance, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive measurable marketing results.

You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple campaigns, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality work while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or media agency, or experience as Senior Planner.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement media plans and strategies for clients.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
• Work independently and in teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders for alignment.
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve results.
