Job summary

DFI Retail Group is seeking a Leadership Development Senior Manager to design, develop, and scale leadership and capability-building solutions across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Leadership Development, you will translate business priorities into impactful programmes and drive AI-enabled learning initiatives.

You will lead learning design, technology, analytics, and governance to deliver measurable outcomes and continual improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, or related fields.
Proven track record in designing and delivering leadership, capability-building, and blended learning programmes.
Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance leadership and talent development programmes across career stages.
Translate business priorities into capability-building strategies and learning solutions.
Conduct learning needs analyses and capability assessments to identify requirements.
Develop leadership resources, toolkits, and supporting materials.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business priorities.
