Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, or Statistics with at least 10 years’ relevant experience on business analyses, business development, and database marketing.
• Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred.
• Digital experience.
• Results focused, with a track record of achievement.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external parties.
• Good in problem-solving.
• Proactive and an excellent team player.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in continuous development and knowledge build-up of team members in campaign execution and analytics.
• Prepare marketing plans and support supervisor in execution; coordinate with departments for campaign launches.
• Design and prepare agent/customer communications and coordinate with parties involved for timely execution.
• Collaborate with distribution channels to promote ECM campaigns and collect feedback.
• Manage promotional budget and provide support to team to meet objectives.
• Support Department Head as a gatekeeper in recommending promotional appeals arrangements.
