Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technology teams to ensure clear and efficient communication.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment with project objectives.

• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
• Propose technology-driven solutions to improve business operations and efficiency.Support change management activities and help stakeholders adapt to new systems and processes.
• Participate in project planning, progress monitoring, and status reporting activities.
• Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
