You will liaise between business and technology teams to ensure clear communication, gather requirements, and contribute to process and system enhancements.

The role requires 3+ years in IT/BA, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements into clear specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office suites.

Responsabilidades
