Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Strong SQL skills with data analysis experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Exposure to pension, retirement, MPF, or financial services systems.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and business users.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, testers, and project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Support system enhancement initiatives and participate in testing and implementation activities.
• Conduct impact analysis and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Assist senior Business Analysts in project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Support day-to-day system and business operations as required.
