Job summary

You will gather and analyze business requirements, bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, and guide solution design through the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within insurance

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and support solution design discussions.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Prepare business process flows, user stories, use cases, and related project documentation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and stakeholder expectations.
