Michael Page (Hong Kong) is recruiting multiple Business Analysts for a leading insurance organization undergoing digital transformation. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and align technology solutions with objectives, gathering and translating requirements into clear specifications.

Responsibilities include liaison between business users and IT, UAT coordination, production support, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Insurance industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand needs and align tech solutions with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements, translating them into clear functional specs.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams through the project lifecycle.
• Support system implementation, enhancements, integration, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in product launches, process improvements, and production support.
• Analyze processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and requirement documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
• Investigate production issues and drive resolutions with tech teams.
• Manage multiple initiatives while ensuring quality delivery within timelines.
