Qualifications

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and business users.
• Strong SQL skills with practical data analysis experience.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Exposure to pension, retirement, MPF, or financial services systems.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to identify trends and support decisions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, flows, and docs.
