This role requires a strong business acumen, 10+ years of HR business partnering experience, and fluency in Chinese and English to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR and business partnering experience in sizable, complex organizations.
• HR generalist experience from multinational retail company.
• Advanced interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and develop strategic solutions.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills.
