Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (Business Partner) to lead manpower planning and people development initiatives. You will partner with the business on strategic workforce planning, budgeting and talent management across HK, Mainland China and SEA.

The role requires 5-6 years in HR, with banking HRBP experience preferred, and strong ownership and time-management skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential; Putonghua is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Qualifications on global mobility, talent management and / or psychometrics will be an advantage.
• 5-6 years' experience in Human Resources. Solid HR Business Partner experience in banking industry is preferred.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and Southeast Asia.
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in manpower planning and formulating people development initiatives / strategies, reports, policies and proposals.
• Act as a proactive business partner on various HR functions including but not limited to strategic workforce planning, budgeting, talent management, and other HR matters.
• Identify development opportunities for internal staff to sustain the talent pipeline.
• Participate in assigned HR projects.
