BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to provide timely and professional HR solutions to internal clients, leveraging extensive HR experience to offer independent advice and drive organizational development and process improvements to achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or related field, with 15+ years of HR experience, preference for financial institutions, and strong English and Chinese communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies or equivalent.
• 15+ years HR experience with organizational development and HR process improvement.
• Experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely HR solutions to internal clients as HRBP.
• Offer independent advice and follow-up actions on org development and work process improvements.
• Contribute to corporate governance and maintain high standards.
