Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited seeks an experienced transformation professional to join the Group-level Transformation Office. You will drive strategic projects to uplift business and operational performance, delivering robust analysis and actionable recommendations for executive committees.

You will manage a corporate planning process, align divisions to group priorities, influence stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in any discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate or strategic planning; consultancy background preferred.
• Exposure to retail industry is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Identify, drive and manage strategic projects for business and operational improvement.
• Coordinate corporate planning process and align divisions to group priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to implement transformation projects; track progress and milestones.
• Analyze data and present insights to support informed decisions.
• Prepare executive presentation materials for committees and leadership meetings.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
