Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned HR business partner to drive strategic people initiatives across the HR portfolio. You will lead workforce planning, performance management, rewards and employee relations, while partnering with line managers to ensure timely talent acquisition and succession planning.

The role requires strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, excellent communication in Chinese and English, and a hands-on, results-oriented

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related disciplines.
10 years of HRBP / HR generalist experience, preferably in financial services/insurance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
Solid knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HK regulations.
Proficiency in Chinese and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Act as a proactive business partner across HR functions including workforce planning, career planning and performance management.
Manage talent acquisition and retention activities to ensure timeliness and cost effectiveness.
Partner with line managers to monitor performance management and identify key performers for succession planning.
Support manpower planning and ensure operational and succession needs are met.
Implement development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to champion HR initiatives, policies and best practices.
Ensure daily HR practices comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
