Job summary

Accountstaff (EA) in Hong Kong is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its client base. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and promoting HR solutions including payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing, and workforce management services.

You will build strong relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement stakeholders, and C-level executives, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
• Experience selling EOR, PEO, payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing, or workforce management solutions.
• Strong understanding of international hiring, workforce compliance, payroll processes, and employment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and achieve sales revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing, and workforce solutions offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement stakeholders, and C-level executives.
• Present tailored workforce solutions addressing clients' business challenges and expansion plans.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, and service delivery teams for onboarding and implementation.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and updates.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, conferences, and client meetings.
