Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive end-to-end B2B sales for global payroll outsourcing, HRMS software, and EOR solutions in the APAC region. You will engage C-Suite, HR Directors, and Finance leads to uncover pain points and tailor payroll technology proposals.

Join a dynamic regional sales team in Hong Kong, building a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic networking, delivering live demonstrations and closing high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in payroll outsourcing, HR tech/SaaS, PEO/EOR, or HR services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR workflows and payroll processing.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles to acquire new enterprise clients for global payroll outsourcing, HRMS software, and EOR solutions.
• Conduct deep discovery calls with C-Suite, HR Directors, and Finance leads to identify operational pain points and present customized payroll tech proposals.
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust commercial sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, inbound leads, and strategic networking.
• Lead commercial pitches, present live HR software demonstrations, and negotiate high-value service contracts to close deals.
• Monitor regional HR and payroll compliance trends, tracking competitive landscapes to position solutions effectively.
