Job summary

CWT International Limited is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Leader in Hong Kong to oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation. You will manage payroll, MPF contributions and attendance records while ensuring compliance with the Employment Ordinance.

The role also involves admin oversight, policy maintenance, vendor coordination, and driving HR strategy in a sizeable organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or psychology is required.
• 5-8 years HR and admin experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Solid knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and MPF.
• Experience in listed or sizeable organisations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation and benefits.
• Oversee daily admin operations: office management, facilities, procurement and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labour laws and Employment Ordinance.
• Manage payroll, MPF contributions, and attendance records.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
• Maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
• Coordinate with external vendors and government agencies.
• Support organizational development and HR strategy initiatives.
• Manage HR and admin team with guidance and performance management.
• Handle ad hoc projects for senior management.
