Job summary

SmartHire by SEEK is partnering with a leading Hong Kong property developer to recruit a Manager for Strategic Business Development. You will shape growth strategy, work with senior leadership on corporate strategy, business planning, and new business development initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical, financial modelling, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field required
MBA or postgraduate qualification highly regarded
Experience from top-tier consulting or corporate strategy environments preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct market intelligence, research industry developments, and translate findings into strategic proposals
Support formulation and review of corporate and business strategies and annual planning
Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and investments with financial and strategic analysis
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects
Engage with senior management to present recommendations and secure buy-in
