Job summary

SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a proactive Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and strengthen client relationships across Greater China and beyond. You will identify opportunities, prepare pitches, and manage the full client engagement cycle while collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires a strong track record in business development, English & Mandarin proficiency, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Governance, or related discipline.
At least 6 years in business development, sales, client relationship management, or marketing, preferably in professional services.
Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities with pitch materials and bidding documents.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and converting potential clients; lead full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Expand market presence by developing strategic client pipelines and cross-selling opportunities across corporate services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client-centric solutions and articulate competitive advantages.
Build and deepen client relationships through regular engagement and a consultative approach to drive long-term partnerships.
Monitor sales performance and marketing ROI, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports.
