Job summary

Airwallex Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical owner for enterprise clients within Merchant Services. This non-sales role focuses on guiding post-sales adoption, providing expert architecture guidance, and ensuring successful product integration at scale.

You will partner with account managers, deliver high-touch technical support, and drive optimal client outcomes by leveraging our product suite and API capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with strong academic achievements.
• At least 5 years experience in engineering, technical support, or TAM roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive, consultative approach to customer and sales requests.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and API architecture.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with ability to present to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Be primary technical owner for a group of Airwallex strategic enterprise clients.
• Deliver elevated services and technical support to client portfolios.
• Build trusted client relationships as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to explore optimization and upsell opportunities.
• Analyze and improve client support experience and provide contextual insights.
• Serve as escalation point for break-fix questions and ad-hoc technical queries.
• Support QBR sessions with roadmap updates and performance metrics.
