Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of Enterprise customers in Hong Kong. This post-sales role focuses on building strong relationships, driving product adoption, and identifying growth within existing accounts, especially around Payment Acceptance and POS use cases.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, manage onboarding to post-launch optimization, and pursue upsell opportunities across the Airwallex product suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or related customer-facing role.
• Experience with B2B fintech, payments, SaaS, or tech.
• Strong relationship management across multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen balancing customer value, retention, and growth.
• English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise customers in Hong Kong.
• Drive adoption and usage of Airwallex products, esp. Payment Acceptance and POS.
• Understand customer models to identify deeper product usage.
• Guide onboarding, implementation, go-live, and post-launch optimization.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor account health, usage trends, and performance.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Ops.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for issues and escalations.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Maintain account discipline with reviews and forecasting.
