ADECCO Personnel Limited is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales for AI security solutions. You will manage key accounts, develop channel partnerships, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise cybersecurity sales, a proven track record, and strong stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales or key account management experience within cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, or IT solutions.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience developing and managing channel partners, distributors, or system integrator networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify, develop, and manage key enterprise accounts across target industries.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and solution positioning to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop and expand channel partnerships, distributors, and system integrator relationships within the assigned market.
• Manage complex sales projects, coordinating internal resources and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management to support product development and strategic planning.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account development plans.
