Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM) – BFS in Hong Kong to own a Banking & Financial Services account portfolio, manage day-to-day client relationships and drive renewal and expansion opportunities. Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT/technology services industry experience in a client-facing consultative or engagement-management role.
• 7+ years of business development and consultative account expansion experience.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong BFS market and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Account ownership, P&L management, and profitable growth of Hong Kong BFS accounts.
• Drive new business and expansion, prospecting and closing opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales plans and proposals with Service Line Specialists.
• Position Cognizant’s AI-enabled offerings in client solutions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate Cognizant resources.
• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate on account governance and delivery issue resolution.
• Monitor service delivery, cost efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Provide industry thought leadership in BFS for Cognizant.
• Lead and mentor account team members and drive best practices.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
