Cognizant seeks an accomplished Service Line Specialist, Associate Director to drive growth of our Cloud Infrastructure and Security (CIS) service line across enterprise clients in Hong Kong and Greater China. This strategic, client-facing role requires domain mastery, solution architecture, and an AI Builder mindset to connect AI and automation opportunities to measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT services sales, pre-sales or solutioning experience in Tier-1 GSIs (global)
• Deep expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure and End User Computing transformation, migration, and business transformation
• Experience across multiple technology platforms and end-to-end solution design
• Strong consulting, pre-sales, joint go-to-market, and domain thought leadership
• Leadership in technical, program management, and decision-making
• Commercial acumen with cloud hosting platforms and hyperscaler vendors
• AI Builder mindset to translate AI/automation into measurable client value
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams
• Certifications in cloud or security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CISSP) preferred

• Service line ownership: single point of contact for Cloud Infrastructure growth in HK

• Design and architecture: design IT solutions and provide high-level consulting
• Pre-sales and assessment: requirements analysis, workshops, and pre-sales solutions
• Technical leadership and negotiation: lead in multi-party environments
• Program governance: monitor timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
