AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance in Hong Kong seeks a capable professional to support the Team Lead in identifying business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing solutions that deliver key business outcomes.

This role requires embedding a customer-first mindset, collaborating across teams to enhance the customer journey, and upholding governance and quality assurance while driving growth through agency development and digital initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business planning or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; good English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic planning, forecasting, KPI tracking and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver business initiatives.
• Promote digital and AI solutions to improve efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and management reports for decision making.
• Ensure governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
