Responsibilities span performance analysis, strategic planning, KPI tracking, and governance, with a focus on digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business planning or performance management.
• Experience in financial services/insurance is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-to-insight capability.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication.
