AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a capable professional to support the Team Lead in identifying business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing solutions that deliver key business outcomes.

The role focuses on embedding a customer-first mindset, end-to-end ownership of issues, and collaboration across teams to enhance the customer journey while driving sustainable business performance.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business planning, performance management, agency development, sales support, or related field.
• Prior experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support business planning, forecasting, KPI tracking and performance management.
• Analyze performance and identify growth opportunities to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives including agency development and sales support.
• Ensure governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
