- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business planning, performance management, agency development, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Support strategic planning, business forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Drive implementation of corporate initiatives and business solutions.
- Coordinate stakeholders to achieve business objectives and promote digital and AI solutions.
- Governance & Quality Assurance: Monitor business quality and regulatory compliance; identify risks and recommend improvements.
