AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance invites a senior professional to drive strategy execution and analytics across agency initiatives. You will translate strategy into structured workplans, develop dashboards, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires strong data skills, excellent communication in English and Chinese, and the ability to manage several initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Insurance experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategy, consulting, analytics or financial services.
• Strong data interpretation and insight generation abilities.
• Excellent communication in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy execution and cross-functional projects with clear workplans and timelines.
• Generate actionable insights using data analytics and build dashboards.
• Coordinate with Agency Distribution, Product & Proposition, C&M, S&T, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
