Adecco is seeking an Executive Business Partner to work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives in Hong Kong. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leading projects and shaping business plans that drive growth and competitiveness.

You will synthesize market insights and prepare executive-ready briefs, helping the CEO evaluate opportunities and coordinate cross-functional efforts for impactful decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis.
• Experience working with senior executives on strategic decisions.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to support executive decisions.
• Analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Transform data into executive stories to pitch strategic ideas to the CEO.
• Prepare briefing documents and materials for executive and board audiences.
• Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success measures.
• Coordinate between the CEO and functional leaders.
• Attend executive meetings with the CEO.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on market insights.
