Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in top-tier management or technology consulting with sales ownership (HKD/USD multi-million scale).
• Experience engaging C-suite and board-level stakeholders, and leading large-scale technology transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and account management in Hong Kong and Macau, originate and close consulting engagements in technology and enterprise solutions.
• Define and expand consulting offerings across industry domains and act as an expert in technology strategy and cloud adoption.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex technology transformation projects on time and budget, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and contribute to hiring and retention in the region.
