Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman Hong Kong Limited is partnering with a Global Law Firm to recruit a Senior Advisor (Business Analysis) in Hong Kong. You will deliver insights, financial analysis and management reporting to leadership, lead financial modelling and market research, and support budgeting and pricing projects across Asia.

The role requires 5+ years in business analysis or planning, a degree in a related field, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills with data visualization experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis or business planning, ideally in professional services or an MNC.
Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related discipline.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an eye for data visualization (Tableau a plus).
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Deliver business-driven insights, financial analysis and management reporting to senior leadership and practice heads across the region.
Lead financial modelling and market/competitor research to support regional finance projects including budgeting and pricing.
Drive data-led decision making through BI tools and dashboards.
