Job summary

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Discretion, integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of selected business initiatives and lead them independently when required, including research and planning.
• Coordinate and track cross-functional business projects and company events, ensuring action items, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
• Provide direct support to the CEO in managing schedules, meetings, communications, and priorities.
• Prepare briefing materials, meeting notes, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve issues promptly.
