Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong seeks a Product Quality Improvement professional to coordinate quality cases, stock alerts, and collaborations with Central Quality Team and Store networks. You will drive quality actions, validate returns, and promote sellable stock through cross-functional support and workshops.

The role requires at least 5 years in quality/after-sales, strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in quality & after sales
• Experience in retail is a huge advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Willing to travel abroad independently
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Build store autonomy in handling quality cases to ensure coherent reply / service to customers
• Manage stock quality alerts to ensure sellable stocks delivered promptly
• Consolidate repair info for quality improvement and share with Repair team for product actions
• Develop store quality knowledge for high autonomy and better client returns
• Perform tasks and support operations during team members’ leave and ad hoc projects
