YATA Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain high service standards across our Japanese goods store. You will support the Store Manager, manage staff and vendors, handle inventory, and ensure merchandising and promotions align with the company image.

Applicants should have at least 4 years in retail FMCG with 2 years in a supervisory role, and be fluent in Chinese and English. Shift duties are required.

Mansioni

• Assist Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance to maximize sales turnover and productivity
• Control store P&L, damage & loss, products quality and inventory management
• Responsible for staff management and development and promoters’ management
• Manage operations standards of consignment and concession counters
• Ensure execution of sales and promotional activities at store level, and vendors negotiation and product displays
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure compliance with company policies and image alignment
