Job summary

ZARA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the stockroom, ensuring stock is received, organized and restocked to support sales and exceptional customer service.

You will manage a proactive, detail-oriented team, read operating reports, drive efficiency, and collaborate with store leadership to sustain fast, accurate product flow in a high-paced retail environment.

The stockroom is the invisible engine of the store. It is the first stop on the product's journey to the customer.

Movement here is constant. Product is received, sorted, organized and restocked according to the needs and rhythm of the store.

We are looking for Operations Manager to lead this vital engine- it is your role to execute the operations of the store focused on the stockroom, achieving its operation at the service of sales and customers. You are dynamic and operational with great ability to organize and execute tasks. You will also be analytical with the ability to read reports and draw conclusions
