Job summary

Tiffany & Co. of New York Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

You will build lasting relationships through proactive clienteling, maintain accurate client data, and contribute to hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets in a luxury retail environment. Put relationships first, utilise the Client Book system for timely communications, and uphold visual merchandising and security standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, energetic with good interpersonal skills and attentive to details.
• Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin. English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales plans.
• Strengthen and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Accurately capture client data to build lasting relationships and obtain client feedback.
• Engage with all customers to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Develop and maximize customer base through client registry and sales tools to meet annual sales targets.
• Utilize Client Book system to communicate on important occasions and events.
• Assist in stock take and monthly audit checklist completion.
• Maintain store standards including Product Presentation and Visual Merchandising.
• Maintain security standards to protect customers, colleagues and merchandise.
