Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, and possessing exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. A strong command of English is highly valued.

• Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Build and deliver a strong business via clienteling.
• Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
• Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony using the Tiffany Touch.
• Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and take action on client feedback.
• Assist with regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records and support seamless store operations.
• Perform required activities to assist in the timely and accurate completion of monthly audit checklists.
• Ensure the store environment is maintained, organized, and deliver a world-class luxury experience at all times.
