You will conceptualize and execute client engagement initiatives for VIP events, High Jewelry activations, and bespoke gifting, balancing creativity with operational excellence. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, client experience, event management, or brand marketing.
• Proven experience managing high-profile VIP or ultra-high-net-worth client events.
• Strong project management with ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Budget management, expense tracking, and financial reconciliations across regions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury hospitality programs for Blue Book events, High Jewelry activations, and bespoke gifting.
• Curate 5-star accommodations, fine dining, and bespoke cultural experiences aligned with brand positioning.
• Collaborate with local teams to meet global hospitality standards and maintain a consistent luxury experience.
• Develop bespoke gifts and client journey enhancements to reinforce brand storytelling.
• Provide on-site support at key events and manage client experience initiatives across regions.
