Job summary

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is seeking an administrative and logistics assistant to support staff welfare initiatives and liaise with vendors for activities across the organization. The role involves using various software to design posters/graphics, shoot and edit videos for staff engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and mobile apps.

You will also process welfare applications and manage data for awards, souvenirs and distributions.

Qualifications

Must have HKCEE English, Chinese and Mathematics (or equivalent).
Option (b): completed F.5 with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong computer knowledge and word-processing in Chinese and English.
Proficiency in written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and logistical support and liaise with vendors for staff activities.
Design posters/graphics and handle video shooting/editing for staff engagement across social platforms.
Process applications for staff welfare benefits and manage data for staff schemes/awards; arrange souvenirs and distributions.
Coordinate the Staff Welfare Committee and perform daily office administration and document management.
Handle telephone inquiries and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
