Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and financial analysis tools.
• Experience in specialized lending and structured financing transactions preferred.
• Hands-on credit assessment and annual credit review experience expected.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, conflict of interest management, and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage specialized lending transactions across their lifecycle.
• Perform compliance checks and transaction closing management.
• Conduct annual credit reviews and portfolio monitoring for lending transactions.
• Review credit agreements, financing documentation, guarantees, and related information.
• Collaborate with Structured Finance and internal/external stakeholders to support execution and portfolio management.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and risk departments.
