Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Group is seeking a banking professional to support and manage specialized lending transactions across their lifecycle. You will handle portfolio management, credit reviews, transaction closing, and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in banking or related firms, with a Basel framework knowledge and strong financial analysis skills. This role requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with AML/KYC standards.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or accounting firms; credit background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Proven experience in specialized lending and structured financing transactions.
• Hands-on experience in credit assessment, annual credit review, and Basel framework.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, conflicts of interest, and banking compliance regulations.
• Strong financial statement analysis and EVA-based metrics.
• Understanding of domestic and international guarantee structures and loan documentation.
• Ability to review and interpret credit agreements and portfolio information.
• Preferred: syndicated lending and international banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage specialized lending transactions across their lifecycle with administrative, documentary, lending, and rating processes.
• Perform compliance checks and transaction closing management.
• Conduct annual credit reviews and monitor lending portfolios.
• Assess conflicts of interest and ensure regulatory governance compliance.
• Review credit agreements, financing docs, guarantees, and related information.
• Collaborate with Structured Finance teams and internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide regular internal reports to senior management and risk departments.
• Respond to inquiries from operations and front-office teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
